They may have fixed the museum quest, I completed all the missions and got the usual end-"Nothing more for you, check back later".
I reccomend the Lady Valarian missions in the Lucky Despot in Mos Eisley. I'm a bh, so I may be a bad judge of difficulty but I found them easy. I have a -5000 thug so I thought working for a criminal might be tough, /conversationstart is a lifesaver! :-)
It ruins your Jabba faction, but my Valarian is now at +3000.
A few missions refused to show up in my datapad when they were given and I had to log out and in for them to appear. This was probably due to the game not just these missions.
Usually the loot is puny (100 to 500 credits), a d18 pistol but one of the quests gave me a mystical orb.
Uh...I just wanted to say that the Rebel Theme Park missoin listed above is broken. After completing Leia's missions you are sent to Lok to do missions for Han Solo (actually for his little lackey first). That's all well and good, but after completing Han's misions you are sent to find Lt. Lance on Dantooine to help him and Admiral Ackbar. Well...SURPRISE!! there is no Lt. Lance on Dantooine and Woohoo!! no Ackbar either... If I'm wrong, I'd love to have their locations.
Cool Factor: It's a friend of Anakin. Man thats cool.
Difficulty: At least level 2 in any weapon mastery.
Faction Requirements: Very High negative thug faction will make the last part of the quest harder. Keep hitting peace, so you don't kill your last objective.
Location: Mos Espa, close to Wattos Junkshop
Bugginess: You dont get cool rewards for the first 2 parts. Last two parts give you neat rewards though.

Difficulty: Mastery of Novice Weapon proficiency... sneakiness ability - due to the Tuskens around that want to permanently hinder your ability to travel. The Tuskens are just random spawns in the area of the missions.

Cool Factor: Talking to a cannible in a prison cell & getting Imp faction for doing missions for him, Doing missions for imperial Prison Officials and.... wait for it.... Getting Imp Faction For It!
Difficulty: Bring friends. Lots of them. With very high Level skills. Hard as all heck. unless of course you like dieing to a bunch of nightsisters, then go ahead and solo these badboys.
Faction Requirements: Imp Faction might be necessary, confirmation please?
Location (not exact): Way the far west from the Outposts, well past the night sister camp, about 6500m from the outpsot in the middle of the map.
Bugginess: None that I have seen on either the cannible's missions or the Warden's missions (the guy in the back of the building, not the front)
**Note** as of the most recent patch, you can make a waypoint to this place by hitting ctrl+v and going to the bazaar terminals section, there will be bazaar terminals that show up out in the west of the map way up in the NW region. That is the prison, make a waypoint and off you go.
Cool factor: very cool get to kill ewoks, even though I dont like to and a Gorax which has like 30k HAM and you get a set of maurader armor some of the quests give you nothing but a little credits and maurader faction
Difficulty: fairly diffucult you have to first kill like 10 mauraders to access the 4 people in the camp that give the quests and the quests offer varios degree's of difficulty the Gorax needs at least 4 people to kill and some pets medics are recommended medium to high level characters only really.
faction req.- None i hade -5000 maurader faction and can still do the quests you will lose some panshee faction but it is easily regained

All I remeber from this quest, was its one of the best I have seen. I really had a sense of The Darkside. He is standing in one of the outpost. Wicked looking NPC
Regarding the Imperial Prision on Dathomir, I was able to complete the prisioner's mission as a rebel. Very very cool missions, best storyline I've seen so far (wow content!) I don't want to spoil the story, so I'll just say if you want to complete his three quests, bring lots of friends.
