Where is the Maurader camp sw of the smuggler camp on endor? I remember it being mentioned on one of the first posts but "somewnere 5k sw of the smugglers outpost" is a very broad area.. Ive been searching for a while.  The only thing Ive seen is a Gorax (killed it, got the t-shirt). So I must be close because I understand you get a mission to kill a gorax from the mauraders.  Help please

I've just got a comment, why are people bumping this thread just to subscribe to it??

At the time of the page is a little pull-down menu that says "Thread Options" with one option being to subscribe to the thread.  This is much easier and also doesn't fill up my mailboxes with updates that are just people saying "tag" or whatever. 

Just pointing this out if you didn't already know.

Quest: Bren, Dude by the Terminals in Mos Taike

Cool Factor: ATST PILOT HELMET! (non equippable)

 

That is not entirley true.  Two of my friends and I where getting multiple helmets, one of my friends was holding them all and the third one that he was given, he was able to wear, he said it had 60% resistance to everything. He started fighting shortly after that and was incapacitated, the game took it off of him and he was not able to get it back on.

I dont know if the devs plan on making it equippable or what, but it was possible once, unfortunatley he did not think to take a screenshot. So do not rule out the option of wearing it ENTIRLEY. Try to do the same, get 3 helmets and see if the third can be equipped. It worked once....

Quest: retake Imperial Bunker (aka Tusken Bunker)

Difficulty: VERY hard...4 Tusken Elite Guards and 1 Tusken King on the last level.

Where to get: Imperial Colonel outside Bestine hospital or Imperial Colonel near the Mos Eisley hospital.

Location: about 2500-4000m NW of Bestine (or 2000-3000m SE of Mos Espa)

Cool factor: might be random spawn, but when I accepted the mission and walked to the bunker, I saw a 2 blip camp on the overhead map and tabbed to see 4 farmers.  I then saw 3 Tusken Bantha's and about 5-10 Tusken Raiders, and a few Snipers and a Captain.  The Bantha's did a trick, then the Raiders and Bantha's charged in to attack the farmers.  I tried to save the farmers w/ myself and my AT-ST to no avail.

Reward: I went back to the NPC and was given the same mission again.

Quest:  Badge of ??  (Altruism ? A greater bladder :-)

Cool Factor:   Small  (frustrating)

Difficulty:   Medium (solo, no pets), Easy (with one pet, one droid)

Faction Requirements: None

Location (not exact):    for me : 50 m from Lars Homestead on Tatooine

Reward:   Badge ?

Bugginess: very

4 ranchers and a farm master have put 4 pirates and their captain in a containment grid and are watching over them. ( I heard the REAL badge quest has the pirates guarding the ranchers and by defeating the pirates and destroying the grid you free the ranchers).

Talk to the farm master. He tells you to check on his guards. You ask each in turn ... one asks you to stand in for him as he has to pee. SAY YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because if you say NO the encounter is buggy. He goes to pee anyway. The farm master thanks you and sends you away whatever you say. No pirates try to escape. Not even after you shot the ranchers (Sorry, i HAD to try to get a response !).

Let me know what happens if you replace the guard for a while. I THINK the pirates will try to escape, you will fight them, defeat them and the ranchers are grateful ... hopefully. Otherwise the mission is REALLY bugged.

Ive read a lot of the posts here and did not see this one mentioned.

Talk to the escaped nightslayer slave on darthmoier. The top outpost. Hs is in town, He will give you a mission to go and save his friends in a nightslayer cave. Went in alone. And uhmm that did'nt work out to good.

One cool thing tho That I saw on the way. A nightslaye ranger. With two rancors attacking the withces . It was pretty cool to see.

Quest: Help Stella, the Bith owner of the Mos Taike tavern

Cool Factor: some of the most entertaining dialogue I've encountered from an NPC

Difficulty: Easy. If you can get to Taike in one piece, you should have no difficulty completing the quests

Faction Requirements: none

Location (not exact): Mos Taike Tavern

Bugginess: some minor "can't talk to target NPC" probs if you have bad Thug faction, but can be overcome by using /conv from outside aggro range.

 

Quest: help Lorne Prestar

Cool Factor: so so - money is the suq: 30 credits first missions, 40 credits last one.

Difficulty: first 3 missions EASY (kill a wort, kill a mound mite kill a Thug) 4th and final mission EXTREMELY hard by comparison. Final mission is stop a Tusken invasion. Target NPC is a Tusken Warlord, accompanied by 3 (or was it 4?) raiders.

Faction Requirements: none

Location (not exact): Mos Taike, up the hill from the tavern.

Bugginess: none, aside from the huge jump in difficulty from the early missions to the final one.

 

Quest:  Hal Horn

Cool Factor: If you've read some of Michael A. Stackpole's StarWars novels, you'll recognize at least some of the names, and it's pretty cool. Aside from that, it's pretty lousy, as you get zero rewards of any kind from Mr. H. - no money, no items, absolutely nothing.

Difficulty: Easy.

Faction Requirements: none

Location (not exact): Tyrena, Corellia

Bugginess: none that I encountered
