Quest: Find Fort Tusken (Point of Interest)
Cool Factor: The NPC is a friend of a certain hermit. Quite cool.
Difficulty: Anyone can do it, no skill required, just a whooooole lot of running. You don't even have to kill any tuskens.
Faction Requirements: None required, but if you kill Tuskens, you gain Jawa and Alkara faction. Of course, Tuskens and Alkharas are kill on sight to players even with a faction of 5000.
Location (not exact): Starts in Mos Eisley on Tatooine, a human male outside the famous cantina.
Bugginess: I got the quest, and got the "mission complete, return to mission giver" system message, but when you return to the guy, he just gives you the quest again. No reward. (Logged a /bug report.)

Quest: Mark of Altruism
Cool Factor: One of the 3 known obtainable badges in the game. I'd say that was pretty cool.
Difficulty: To complete, not so bad. Level 3 or 4 marksman. To find the camp...well...I've often heard it refered to as the "Mark of Futility" if that gives you any indication.
Faction Requirements: none
Location (not exact): about 1.5K meters north of Mos Eisley on Tatooine. For further details and spoilers, see the jedi forums on "Badge quests."
Bugginess: Not so buggy. Just nearly impossible to find. Bring a ranger.

Some tips and hints on the Emperor's Themepark:
Veers and Thrawn are usually bugged, giving only your starting conversation and no choices. Some have been able to bypass this through logging, but that did not work for me. Here is what DID work:
When you come out onto the balcony, the 2 npcs in question are ahead of you. Make a right, and go all the way to the end of the balcony. Turn around, but don't go forward yet. Bring up the radial on the NPC you need. WITH the radial UP, approach your NPC. Get close. Now hit converse. Ta da! (You may have to try it a few times to get the proper distance away before hitting converse. The two main things is to be as far away as possible before approaching, and keep the radial up on the approach.)
My coolness factor: Mara Jade. 'Nuff said.
My reward: Flame thrower.
My bugginess: When you complete the final mission, the last person says to go talk to the second-to-last mission giver. If you talk to him, he says to go talk to the last mission giver again. *sigh*.

Quest: Protect Farmer
Cool Factor: Looks cool...but I'm on the wrong faction. The farmer says he is accused of being in the rebellion, and the stormtroopers are coming to take his land, and he wants your protection. If you accept, the 2 ST blips appear, but they do not attack. My guess is you have to go kill the ST's. No wp was given.
Difficulty: 2 ST's with 9k HAM. You do the math.
Faction Requirements: Rebel. Although I suppose I could kill ST's, I think the Emperor would be displeased with me.
Location (not exact): Middle of BFE....on Tattooine, I'd guess it was 2k south west of Mos Taike. I saw him as a Mon Calamari farmer male.
Bugginess: Unknown. I didn't do it. Couldn't bring myself to kill Stormtroopers. I assured the farmer that the Empire was only there to look out for his safety from those nasty rebels who obviously only wanted to get an innocent man in trouble, and went about my business. I am sure he is fine.
