Clearly not since Jeff hasn't said anything to try to absolve SOE of any wrongdoing. He's been posting his perspective and how he sees his role in the NGE debacle. If Jeff were trying to put a pro SOE spin on it, he'd be saying very different things.
If anything, Jeff's insights have shown us that SOE wasn't trying to deliberately shit on the customers, they didn't give two shits what customers thought. The concept of customers didn't even enter their heads.

SOE can't get us back short of Pre-CU and a public hanging of Smed.
By that I mean a perp walk out the door after his firing posted on YouTube.
Freeman knows this by now.
