You can drag the weapons in the quickbar to change quickly the weapon But can you do the same from a weapon to Unarmed. My unarmed skills are higher than my ranged wpns, so I like to pull with ranged wpns and then change to unarmed. Is there an unarmed Icon I can drag into the Quickbar?

Just press the quickbar key for the equipped weapon again, it should unequip (putting you in an unarmed state).
For instance, if you dragged your CDEF to the F12 slot. You can press F12 and you'll equip the CDEF, ready to pull some mobs. Then they get close and you can press F12 again and it'll unequip the CDEF leaving you ready to deliver a beating to the mob.
Hope that answers your question.

You cannot tailor make your situation in life, but you can tailor make your clothes.
Rest up your mind pool, and it heals any wounds that you, or the selected person has, on a one by one basis
Also, pressing CTRL+D bring up the datapad... you can create a waypoint from here, and send it to other people... handy if you lost your hunting friends, as you can send the waypoint to them.
scouts: making tents, dont drag those bone to the bone slot, Double click the stack of bone you want to use! Do the same for the hides. This works when crafting many many items, but sometimes you need to drag 1 material to a slot so that the game doesnt put that Duranium steel where you meant to put cheapo aluminum.
Tip: when running away from marksmen, if you are good at running away backwards try putting rocks between you and your pursuer, they will have trouble shooting you due to line of sight (it works both ways).
If you don't want to type /find then the name go to your map. Not the one you get when you do the CTRL M. It's the CTRL V one.
On the left you see the terrain with a kind of plane shape icon which is you. On the other side you see diffirent places you can go on the planet.
Example if you go to trainer and open that file you will see the different trainers. Then let say you chose scout and you open that file you see different names of the scout trainers on that planet. You left click on the name and a blue x will appear where he is. If you right click on that x you will get a choice of making a waypoint for that trainer. I found that better and faster then to do the /find thing.
