I think the CLUE stand for Combat Live Upgrade Edition which basically the devs will be pre-CUing the SWGemu before it goes beta. Once the alpha goes beta it will be a 50/50 split of cu/pre-cu and the CLUE will be morphed into CLUE2.1, which is short for Clever Logistics Unlimited Enhancements (2.1) and godzilla will rain fire down on Tokyo from the sky.

I found a clue disk #3, when read it says "2" whatever that means. Came here for more information but see others that are more clueless than me. Oh well
