Our logon server is currently offline, it is a server side issue so we really don't know how log this downtime will last. Please be patient, any and all updates on logon server status will be posted here.

It seems that some of us are still having issues -- getting erroneous 'Wrong Password' when trying to login to game, forum logout/login is ok.

Is there some action we can or need to take on our ends to correct this (have already restarted computer and network hardware), or does something need to happen server side?

it worked fine for me just now. Two toons logged in, business as usual

I'm getting "Wrong password" errors as well. If it's something on my end I'd love to know how to fix it.

the only fix that I know of would be to reset your password here on the forums, do a hard log, maybe a reboot of your comp to erase any temp files, and try again.

at this account not the other account everything works fine
alone elace2 writes it "wrong password" new password didn't work , password change in the forum not working

When you get a wrong password error just change your password here on forums.

I tried second time it does not work

I get a new password by e-mail that works
I can login to the forum but not in the game

change own password in the forum does not work

Here is what you need to do when you reset it:
1. Log off forums and close all game clients
2. Reset password
3. Wait 10 minutes
4. Log on our forums
5. Attempt to change your password from settings
6. Try the game
7a. If you get a wrong pass message wait for another 10 minutes and try again. Or try a different browser. If it fails come to our live support.
7b. If you are able to log in game... Have fun.
