Because on Nova it certainly worked like I described.

Btw, I just logged in to test fire resist tapes. You are wrong. They DO work.

Me and Windmaster just tested with +22 in FR tapes. It dropped a fire dot from 269 to 203. Almost a 22% reduction.

We tried to test using Trimpian but it kinda got messed up a little. So I can't make a definitive comment regarding Trimpian just yet.

But I can say with 100% certainty that fire resist tapes do work. I'm assuming that +25 in tapes will equate to a 25% DoT reduction since +22 reduced it by 22%.

trimpian works, long as you eat it before the fires stick. If the dot is already on you and you eat trim it wont help at all.

Sounds like it's working exactly how it did on Nova.

Yeah I can definitely say it works having BH'd tylox (unsuccessfully :P) My 87-103% pot dots were havin a hell of a time sticking on him
