Just out of curiosity, can we see a more detailed breakdown of the accounting/NPO costs? Those numbers look pretty round to me and I wonder if it would be possible to appeal to a member of the community to help with keeping the books as a way to cut costs. With a shortfall of around $400 over the first half of the year, it seems like that could make the difference between running at a surplus as opposed to what looks like a slow drain on the coffers at the moment.
Re the paypal fees: are they assessed on a per-donation basis? At what rate? I have worked in the payment processing industry and may be able to help with cutting this down, a switch would also allow for credit card and ACH (the same sort of system that allows you to pay your credit card bill online) processing. One more thought, and I have saved the stupid question for last, but are these financials for the entire project, i.e. game server etc., or just for the maintenance of the forums? I assume the former, but the tag "help contribute to the swgemu forums" makes it a little ambiguous.
