There are no patch notes so far, that will be compiled as they merge and bring up the server for Basilisk. As far as a PSG 'LS Resist bug', as far as the information collected shows the team that LS Resist was intentional, and the fact that it often 'fell off' or 'shifted' was a bug that was fixed. If you have evidence to the contrary, please post them to Mantis for review.
