You are completely incorrect. Please don't assume such things.

Vendors themselves will not return. We're still working out the specifics on how we'll be getting items back, but it won't be on the original vendors. If you had vendors that disappeared, you can replace them. As soon as we have a definite planned solution for items, we'll let everyone know how it'll work.

One of these quotes must be mistaken. Or am I?
