I do not believe so. I can double-check for sure later tonight, but I am 99% positive event mobs do not give out anything but a combat opportunity

This Event was great. This is my first Badge. Hope there comes more these great events.

Thank you everyone that came out today and put those sons of jar jar in their place! We had a chance to test out some new EC tricks, and we can definitely make some improvements for the upcoming events.
But most importantly, we had almost 300 people show up, and despite some lag and performance issues, Basilisk held up! Very exciting, and things will only get better from here on out

When were badges handed out.I got kicked at the son of jar jar base and when I relogged was away some distance and the crowd had mostly dissipated.

After the first wave we all headed out NE along the coast about 2400 clicks awy to a stronghold where Jar Jars Son got his visit and when all things where dead, we received the badge.

Yes I was there and had Jar jars son targeted but I was kicked and when I relogged there were only A handful of players there.I looked around to see if I could find the crowd with no luck.I guess the badge was given while I was relogging.Thanks for the response.

I was actually surprised at the badge itself.

"...has been recognized as an exceptional guide to those seeking knowledge."


That badge seemed like more of a civilian-type badge than a combat one. Had I done some proper research to find out what it was, I would have gotten my Droid Engineer over there for that fancy badge.


(What? Don't give me that "Your DE didn't participate in the fight" look! You know how many dancers and surveyors I saw lined up for the Brave Soldier badge?)
