I have shield generators with 54% energy resists! And I have plenty to go round! They're going to be a lifesaver against the Super Battle Droids! Speaking of which, I just ran a quick practice run of the bunker as of this writing, and I observed a couple of noticeable hurdles. First, the respawn is fairly quick; meaning about as fast as I can clear the room with the first mandatory Super Battle Droid, another Droid will be waiting. Second, the range that enemies start attacking has now been extended. In addition, enemies can now see through walls and doors, so during my practice run, Battle Droids from adjacent rooms have come to attack me. Finally, all droids are immune to all states, including damage over time such as bleeding.
