Live Support Chat April 26th 2019

SWGEmu has a new Live support



Our old live chat had some issues and was not providing us with what we needed. So, as of today we are proud to announce we have a new support chat to contact us with.
If you have an issue with your account, or need assistance with an issue in game, click on the blue circle in the bottom right corner and one of our operators will be with you as soon as they can.

A note to make, is that this is a service that is new and being worked on. We are trying to make it even more integrated than it is now, so it might change a bit in the future, but the user functionality will be more or less as it is now.

We will still have our support where you can send in a ticket, this service will not be changed now (we are looking in to other systems for this too).
For minor issues, remember, we also have the community support where you can get help from community members. We have many knowledgeable members who are willing to lend a helping hand.


Hopefully this will make a better and more integrated support to help our community.
