Congrats =) I want to but the timer theory to rest tho, because they said something like "from our perspective there could be a jedi any day now for weeks." If there was a timer then somebody woulda had it a few weeks ago, not now. There was somethign that triggered it...

Did you READ the thread? She placed a house and declared residence, the day before she unlocked it. This is what may have set off the "timer" and the any day now could be true but she never got around to placing a house and declaring residence.

I'm still waiting for the next couple-few people who unlock it so we can see if things like getting the highest faction rank have any real impact on it or not and we can try to work out some similarities between them.

Congrats on the slot, you're one lucky person.

Yes i read the thread... guess I should ahve been more specific. It's not a timer after getting the silent holocron like a couple suggested. I guess the house thing is possible though... we'll know eventually.

I just saw an old post of Monika's that I find funny now,

" I was doctor 4430, commando 0040. Great pvp and pve template - I could solo the darktrooper dungeon like this.

First holocron told me to master Ranger. I didnt even have novice scout at that point !

I mastered ranger in a week. I like kamuriths. Had to drop all doctor and medic skills, including novice, to master ranger.

Next holocron told me to master doctor. Oops ...

I dropped all of scout, mastered doctor in two days. Nobody says no to free buffs.

Third holo told me weaponsmith - finished in one week. I hate barrels !

The fourth holocron was silent for me - and now I got a broken char that cant pvp, and still no jedi slot.

Oh well ..."

Hey great jo..... wait a sec...ok thats better got my unbrella out to keep Edges tears off me....like I was saying Hey great job on un-locking the slot AND sharing the info that it was real. I  dont know about others but the worst part of this whole path for me was not knowing 100% that the slot was actually in the game yet.
