you used to get fighter pilot suit (orange jumpsuit) and b-wing pilot suits without the mods from the rebel themepark before they revamped it. Don't know if you get them without mods from leveling up a rebel pilot though.
also what about the force amplification crystal. I don't see many of these around.
I have Meat already in the food list. It was one of several edibles (yet non buffing) given upon character creation. I am not sure which orange rug you guys are tallking about. Do you guys have a pic? Anyone know the status of the various jedi crystals and tools?

The Ornate rugs were an exploit, wouldn't be suprised if the devs banned those who had them.

I was under the impression that it is either 1) a quest reward or 2) an item that you get ahold of (i.e. have to deliver) as part of a quest.
If it's either of these, it's definately not an exploit.

That's what I thought... I did hear that the rug is no longer being given away by him as a reward. I could be wrong, but I thought that was being used as justification for the rarity of the item as well as for why people are asking 5M+ (I didnt pay that) for the item on the rare occasions that it does end up for sale...?

The rug is still there. These get pricey along with the Imperial Banner because its a 3 week election cycle. 3 weeks to vote, 3 weeks in office. Bascially, you have 6 weeks to wait and hope your guy won.
Now, this next part is pure speculation but I'd love to see it tested and proven to kill the price on these since people are getting scammed game wide on them. I run multiple accounts. The last time I messed with these, I went after the Imperial Banner. I have a friend that also runs multiple accounts. I did the quick and easy vote (get info from the data terminal in the office and nothing more.). I took the time to get all the evidence and turn it in. Now, both of us at the time had 5 accounts. My friend got 1 Banner and 4 other items. I got 5 Banners. If you're willing to test this and have 2 or more accounts, have one get the quick vote and one take the time. I hav a feeling that if you take the time to get all the evidence, you are getting a 100% on the 'rare' item.

That's a very interesting hypothesis.
I have 3 chars, but I've only done the vote once. I took the quick and easy vote and got 1 banner (guess I was lucky)!
I might try again on the other 2 chars sometime and see what happens.
If I remember correctly, you can only win on each guy once / char so if I do this, I won't be able to try anymore after that... unless I vote for the other guy... and after that I can't do either.

You cannot get the gift from the same character two elections in a row. So, if you vote for Sean and he wins, next time vote for Victor. Then after you get a gift from Victor, vote for Sean.
