For a high-damage pet (PvP?):

Spike, CL 62 Kimoglia
580-590 Damage
0.67 To Hit
1.98 Attack Speed
11750/10450/12800 HAM
Light Armor
48% Ki
46% En
88% He
69% Co
49% El
47% Ac
Vuln: Bl, St
Strong Poison

Made with Mutant Rancor and Arachne Queen, I think.

If you prefer more HAM:

Elsie, CL 66 Bordok
570-580 Damage
0.66 To Hit
1.98 Attack Speed
12275/10765/12800
Light Armor
48% Ki
42% En
8%  Bl
85% He
85% Co
29% El
56% Ac
Vuln: St
Dizzy Strike
One with great Specials and Resists, and excellent HAM too:

Kilgore, CL 70
580-590 Damage
0.62 To Hit
1.99 Attack Speed
12800/11800/13200 HAM
Light Armor
49% Ki
57% En
94% He
41% Co
94% El
23% Ac
20% Stun
Vuln: Bl
Stun, Dizzy, Ranged
I don't PvP, but the resists on Kilgore look pretty good to me. He's also very obedient and fast enough to keep up with a vehicle, being a Gurreck.

Experiment fully on physique and the result is a CL10 (provided you don't fail the experimentation). Stats are:
8k/5k/3k HAM
50% kinetic resist, vulnerable to everything else
120-130 damage
usually no specials, but on occasion special 2 will be intimidation.

just curious with this formula what quality of samples are you using, or does it matter?

Can I ask a question?  Why is everyone so obsessed with the biggest and the highest level?  Does AR1 really make that much of a difference now a days?

Since most pets are used for PVE, having AR1 means a 50% reduction in the damage taken by the creature the pet is attacking.

I just hit 2044 tonight from being 2043, and those extra boxes of experimentation are nice.
Here is what I made tonight

All samples were Above Average

Craggy Bolma
Craggy Bolma
Gaping Spider Recluse
Gaping Spider Recluse
Arachne Webmaster

Made a Cu Pa
CL35
Health 10766
Action  8953
Mind     8935
Light Armor
Kinetic 27%
Energy 37%
Heat     17%
Acid      15%
Vulnerable to others
Attack Speed 2.09
To Hit  0.34
Damage 440-450
Special 1   Stunning Strike
Special 2   None
Ranged     Yes

I experimented in Physique until I got the Armor, then the rest of the points in Aggression to max, and had one point left for Psychological.  I think I will use this one as my own personal mount, unless I make an equal one at CL30
I have a screenie too, if you want to see it, let me know, and I will post it.

BH Informant List. Condensed from a previous thread I made a few months back

my perfect pets are ones with no vulnerabilities. As such I use Kamurith defiler, rancor youth and Rhoa Kwi guardian dna to make my creatures.
Currently my CH alt is using a razor cat with 47 resists across the board (except lightsaber obviously), CL29 with 11k/9k/6k HAM, 310 dmg and dizzy and stun specials. No generationing. I tried that with pets around CL16/17 and the CLs went up...but then I pump all my experiment points back into the pets. I have a couple of CL50s with light armour and resists, but my character is on dath, and they're on naboo.
For the most part, the 3 types of creature above are used to varying degrees (something with Rhoa Kwi pack leader as well)

I just mastered Bio-Engineering less than a week ago, so I still have a LOT to learn obviously. I spent a few hours today experimenting with multi-generational sampling and came out with a pet I would have been happy to use back when I was a creature handler.

But I still a little work. I would like to have had a lower CL so it could be part of a set of triplets. For PvE, the resists are a lot higher than they need to be. My original samples came from the mobs I ran into on a short trip to Dathomir and some leftovers from Dantooine; I wasn't looking for anything specific aside from high Kinetic resists.

Anyway, here it is:

Cl 29 Gualama skin
9940/6206/4016
AR: none
Kinetic: 59
Energy: 53
Blast: 58
Heat: 30
Cold: 30
Elec: Vuln
Acid: Vuln
Stun: 74

2.33 0.29 170-180
Specials: Stunning Strike and Crippling Strike
Ranged: none

Here's the recipe. Any advice on improving it would be much appreciated.

A1: Craggy Bolma + Craggy Bolma + Brackaset + Brackaset + Surefoot Brackaset
A2: Craggy Bolma + Ancient Graul + Graul + Graul + Graul Mauler
A3: Surefoot Brackaset + Surefoot Brackaset + Rhoa Kwi + Graul + Graul Mauler

B1: A3 + A3 + A1 + A2 + Surefoot Brackaset

C1 B1 + B1 + Gurrcat + Gurrcat + B1

And finally: Surefoot Brackaset + Surefoot Brackaset + C1 + C1 + Surefoot Brackaset

Ok I would like to show off my wonderours triplet pet:

http://www.marmy.co.uk/swg/cl20.JPG

(CL 20, 10k/5k/2.5k HAM, AR1, 60% kinetic vuln rest, no specials - although intimidation and/or dizzy strike comes through sometimes on later generations)

Being the silly guy that I am I forgot to write down the recipe, however, I'm gonna try to reconstruct it (so this isnt watertight):

1st Gen:

KD - KD - CBD - KD - K
Maxed out physique

(KD = kamurith defiler, CBD = Correlian Butterfly Defender, K = Kreetle)

2nd Gen:

MH - MH - CBD - K - 1st
Maxed out physique

(MH = Merek Harvester)

This gave me a cl21 version of the above.  I was quite annoyed but nonetheless, I resampled it once and then repeated recipe (using the 2nd gen in the 1st slot) and eventually it slowly lowered into cl20.  Thereotically, if I were to do this it would drop further but the HAM would be hidiously low.  However, I'm gonna keep repeating this and flogging these nice triplets on my vendor.

Here is my entry for triplet.

Merek Assassin/Gurreck/Seething Bol/Sand Crawler Blurg/Blurg.
2nd Generation Merek Harvester/Merek Harvester/DNA/DNA/DNA

I got a level 23
Health 11k
Action 7k
Mind 6k
Armor
Kenetic 60%
VAl-to all else
Dmg 290-300
Sp1- nothing
Sp2-Intimidation

I like armor on pets so this is good for me, used a similar one and hardly gets damaged before the target is killed. I don't see much with Blurgs being used so i submitted this one for the Blurgs of the world.

Hello im a creature handler : Xerkics on Europe -Infinity ive asked some of my friends Master BE to make me triplets or twins but all of them refuse to do so saying its too much trouble and make offers to do them but without any armour: I was wondering if any Infinity be here could contact me if they can make good triplets and twins and how much that would cost me?

This doesn't belong in this thread.

If you want to look for a BE on a particular server, please either look in the FAFAQ where there is a list of BE's you can contact in game, or make this request on your server Trade Forum where it is on topic.
