maybe at character creation, the server randomly decides if you should master 4 elites and 2 basic or 4 basic and 2 elite....all that have unlocked it have done either or....any professions, mind you. any 4 and 2 you want

redllin what professions did you master? a list please, no specific order just the ones you finished...

 mastered 4 basic being scout - marksman - medic - artisan and 1 elite being teras kasi.

sooo i think the question everyone wants to ask is...what else did you do? i mean theres obviously a bigger factor here that were missing if you only mastered 5 profs...then again maybe you got lucky and mastered the right 5....or or or.....anyway what else did you go ingame in the way of quests and stuff?

I did not care to read the entire four page post so pardon me if I repeat someone else' thought.  From that list of players who have obtained the fscs, it's obvious the slot did not open right away upon completing their "last" holocron, but from mastering classes after it.  I'm thinking:  Finish the holocrons, then master a few remaining starting professions you've never played.

i did 1 theme park emp's retreat i had 2 badges and i dabbled in alot of professions but didnt master them.

Does anyone know what each of these people started with as their INITIAL profession? The 4+1 theory intrigues me and I want to know if there is a pattern to what the final profession is. For example, would someone who started as artisan have WS, AS, DE, merchant etc as their final profession? Any thoughts?
