Congratulations ! Seems can scratch the high faction rank from the list of required things. I'm starting to think it may be a point system actually.
As for the crafting, I had problems at first. I tried using the saber I had fought with allready to craft the second generation one, but failed. It seems a used saber cannot be crafted with ? Then I made a new one, and the schematic accepted it. I just didnt have a crystal to complete it. I wonder how quickly we can turn this board into a real profession board to exchange information like this ? Btw, could you experiment on your saber ? I'm not sure if I was just at the wrong station. Did the components used matter in the quality - I bought some stuff with high stats and did not see any change.

Hehehe -doesnt surprise me in least. I loved the post that Monika made about the recipe for the next step saber being broken (Wouldnt accept the old saber as a component in the schematic)... I mean... *gasp* who'd have thought???

Did you have it equipped at the time? I know that I had some components in my backpack that I had equipped when I was crafting meds that I had to unequip to use. That may be the same situation.

For **edit**s sake, LIGHT SABERS ARE TRADEABLE!!!! The dev's had said, you can use 'borrowed' sabers, but they will not be as effective as ones you make yourself. Meaning, no person can start making/selling lightsabers.
Have any of you Jedi tried to wear those hooded robes yet and see if you can put the hood over your head now?

Why don't you go to the link I provided in the post above and read down near the bottem of the post. As far as it says, lightsabers [should not be] tradable.
