Just wanted to drop the guys who make and run this game a HUGE thank you for all that you are doing to bring this game back to us! I was stuck playing stupid wow because there was no more SWG, and i was miserable! I never liked the CU or NGE and being able to play the game in its' original glory is wonderful. Keep up the great work!

I read through a majority of the pages at a glance and did not see a definitive answer on whether or not this would be a wipe?

Can anyone say for sure?

(Mind you this is NOT a complaint! I just started playing 2 days ago and would love to re-play the "launch" of the game again. very exciting for me :P)

Unless someone with a title like Vlada says something. ITS A LIE. No wipes, none of that. Vlada said what was happening a few times now. VERY CLEARLY. Given that you can read english

OK, update on the DB reload... Yes its not a backup its a reload, (<~TheAnswer> just dump | load)

You don't reload to do a wipe.

My work days are so very so slow without being able to remote in and play. I work seven days a week, 12 hours a day.......and I do very little at work lol. Looks like it wont be up till shortly after I get home. More solitaire and chess I suppose.
