TC: Nova Crafting Stress-Test 02/11/2012

Are the servers down? I'm not getting any kind of connection right now. I know they're supposed to be offline. But I timed out and can't get back in. Is this apart of the stress testing and wiping or something? And is Nova going to be wiped after this stress test?
