Put a bunch of blue frog character terminals out everywhere and let everyone go nuts and degenerate the world into chaos for a while before pulling the plug on it. Seems like a fitting end to it.

giant funeral pyre, and we can all walk into it 1 by 1?

or perhaps we all can share a bowl of sleepy punch, and wake up on finalizer?

You will have to wait and see. I will not ruin the surprise our ECs and QA have worked hard on to make for us

This might be a dumb question, but I am going to ask it anyway. lol With Finalizer obviously having more active updates done to it's code will the code for Basilisk still be available for those who based their custom servers off of it? Asking more out of curiosity as I figured sooner or later someone might be interested in it. Thanks in advance.

The last commit merged into Basilisk's repo is here.

That said Basilisk has always had certain internal changes to address scale and combat other issues, that code will not be released.

Oh awesome. That should be helpful for anyone who needs it or wants to take a look at it then or needs to download it again. As far as the internal changes go I totally get that. I personally wouldn't have thought any of that would been included myself, but it's good you elaborated on that bit. Thanks mate. I appreciate it.

Can't be done, Basilisk is burning 30Gb of RAM, 600Gb of Disk, and an untold amount of log space and offsite backups.

Plus the newer code will NOT WORK on Basilisk with the older objects, we ran into numerous issues when we tried to merge the latest onto TC-Prime with Basilisk code. That combined with single digits real players has sealed its fate.

Basilisk is a resource hog for zero value.
