Not entirely true. it was 300k in June, which makes it 700k now since it does roll over each month. It was designed for ppl who enjoy exploring small player cities. If i had 10s of millions of creds id give that away, alas, I do not, so therefore try to provide an experience for anyone at what I can afford.
