Vendors disappearing and possible Basilisk Rollback

Because fix for this will requre a DB update that will take some 7 or 8 hours and Publish 8 will need one too. It was decided to do both at the same time. So "fix" (or whatever we decide to call it) for this issue will be part of Publish 8.

Good to see this information at last. Will this require that the merchants involved need to have open slots for vendors, I know I have replaced some vendors and if we get all the "missing vendors" back I will be well over my limit of 12 at that point.

No i dont believe so, i think that the items from vendors will be distributed in some sort of packs or containers.
