Sorry for a stupid post but nobody has answered this in-game. So is DW bunker not inmplemented at all on Bas? I've never seen anyone wearing mando armor so I guess not.

Currently, Bounty Hunter Armor pieces do not drop from Black Sun NPC's on Basilisk, so it is impossible to craft Mandalorian Armor, though, there was a time in which they did, so you may, very rarely, see someone running around in a set that they crafted years ago.Originally Posted by Flynne

Mando is still being crafted.
