To whomever is receiving on this frequency. My name is Loneghost Dost. I am a resident of Tempest City located on Dantooine and a citizen of the Galactic Empire. This is a distress signal to anyone on this holonet frequency. We require immediate assistance!
It all started several days ago when various droids started behaving oddly. At first it was small things, refusing to take orders, back talking when given commands from owners. It didn't take long before things started to escalate. Accidents started to happen... People were getting injured... Before we knew it the city was cut off and we were surrounded by droids! They've become homicidal and are now attempting to eradicate us! It's taken us hours but we've managed to finally get the com system operational again.
We discovered that these droids are rebelling under a leader named "Mouser". This Mouser has somehow convinced them to rebel under something called the "Free Sentient Movement". They consider organics oppressors and en-slavers. Any attempts of communication with this Mouser have resulted in replies full of profanity. They keep referring to us as "Crunchies".
We are under attack again... I have to go!!!
Last of the survivors have fortified the local cantina...
