Worked perfect, no problems at all. Like the sleek new look.

Did you direct it to the correct folder from settings?

Yes but does it alter or download additional tre files or does it only affect how the game launches, in other words will I still be able to connect to my own old server (assembla image)? I was told once that the .tre files or main executable are not touched and that they are SOE:s original ones. Has that changed?

I am also having Connection Closed error messages.

I figured out where the files were being downloaded from and just am downloading them manually 1 by 1 as it calls them out.

    Running
    openSuSE 12.3 X64
    Phenom II 1045T
    tmpfs+dmraid /mnt/rpdrive/wineswg/drive_c/swgEmu/SWGEmuLaunchpad.exe
    wine64 1.5.23

No winetricks windows files added yet.

The internet connection is, not the issue .

If the developer wishes to contact me on IRC. There is a good chance i can obtain any debug data needed to resolve the issue.

I filed a ticket and am now working with Niffer off and on to get it resolved. Wish me luck!

    http://download.qt-project.org/offic..._64-online.run

PD: this is a native ubuntu 12.04 x86_64 compiled binary, dont run it under wine..

Which problem? May want to specify since this thread is quite old and people ran into quite a few errors. You can find Settings tab in the very left top corner of the launchpad. If you are struggling with installation it may be easier for you to just contact our Live Support (link in my sig) so they can walk you through.
