Forum Awards and XP

Due to the recent discovery that forum awards and XP have had a negative impact on the the web server's performance (mainly on the server's RAM), forum awards and XP have been turned off.
This will most likely remain the case until our web server is upgraded. At the moment there is no ETA on when the web server will be upgraded.
Because of all this, we probably wont be able to give custom forum awards to winners of our "What is SWGEmu?" - Community Writing Contest, so we will more than likely make custom user titles instead.
