    Nee is right, patch notes will be posted the day of the merge. Forum link is provided in OP.
    There is not planned any changes made to the amount of characters at this point. It will probably not be changed before Basilisk is wiped.

    For those of you asking, if you look back on Pub 3 post, it was very stable compared to the other two publishes before.

    They did a great job then, and I would bet all of my credits that it will continue to be true with this publish and others in the future.

    Since city maintaince will be turned on will it be like last publish where the cantina/hospital were in a huge deficit and thus most citys that have been around for any length of time could poof due to not having tens of millions in the city treasury?

    There will not be any "backtaxes" owed. You should expect your first bill after the publish to be somewhat larger though as almost all the correct taxes for city structures, terminals, and trainers are being applied now.
