I have lots of knowledge in current world politics I know some will start saying its a racist decision and I dont want the Emu to be tagged has such.

I am sure a proxy server or private network could be made in the future for these people so they can connect, however.....
Trying to phrase the situation to make it appear as it could be a racial prejudice motivated issue is a ridiculous statement.
