A lot of NBZs were missing on tatooine so they were added last night via http://76.73.75.106:8080/#/c/302/. Be sure to double check quickly as time is running out. Basically if you are near something you aren't supposed to be, and it wasn't listed, then report it here and we'll get it fixed.

You misunderstood. He's saying that if anyone finds a place that is not on the list, but that they feel should have a no-build zone, let us know via that mantis ticket and we'll evaluate and add a zone if needed.
We put a fair bit of time into adding these zones but by no means are we claiming that it's complete. We undoubtedly missed some places.
