Apologies I read the post above for the .dll's and got it wrong
haven't played this in a while, i'm receiving the launchpad issue. However, when I go and try and launch the EXE file, I just get stuck at the connecting to login server page. Any ides?
Wrong server probably.
Go to C:/SWGEmu folder and locate swgemu_login.cfg file. Open it with notepad. Tell me what it says.
So here is the thing i managed to make it and log in game. except that i have one problem, cant turn the sound on (volume bars are set to 0 and cant move them, sound isnt disabled i double checked) and it looks like any changes i do in options are reverted once i exit options screen. Any ideas what might be wrong?
Mine is not connecting it just hangs on connecting to server this is what my config file says

loginServerPort0=44453
loginServerAddress0=chicago2.swgemu.com
furthermore if you went through all the steps and finally got it working only to realize soonafter you had no sound, copy miles over from star wars galaxies main install folder, to swgemu root folder.

I did this and I get an error saying "SwgClient_r has stopped working." anyone know how to fix this? :l
