then all these 5's wouldnt be happening
and 6 = would already be done

1 = always true in the US (what customer in their right mind would entrust a data center to host their entire business and NOT have a backup or monitor in place.)

but 5 = true
and 6 = false

they have no obligation to you, to me or to anyone in this community.
this is a donation based/non profit effort and they do this for free so it leads to the fact they have no reason to lie.

they are trying to do what they can to salvage what they can and probably running this project on the bare minimum contract with the DC...and they do have lives so doing the recovery from here in europe, etc probs not the easiest either...

you continuing to be a pest and calling the same team putting on a free server for you to play liars is a bit *****ish no?

that being said.

thanks dev and community team, do what you can and we will all appreciate it when the servers are back up...

A company that isn't a business out to make money, and is trying to keep costs reasonable as they function on donations.

YES 1 would be true for a real business that has mission critical information stored on their servers at the data center. As this is a project in development, and NOT a live business, the decision may have been made that that level of support from the hosting company wasn't necessary, at this point in time.

or as those uo us the were there thru NGE heard in test center enough times "come on kid this place is gonna Blow!" remember we they first released the test instanceand no one could get past that. lol. It wasn't funny then but now that i look back on it there were some good conversations then.

6 = not an option due to 4 = true
3 = false (else 6 = true) server downtime > 24 hrs

I doubt that anyone here has an idea what the actual contract is. It could be a fully managed contract including bandwidth, power, monitoring, support, and maintenance. It might be totally hands off, power only. Or any service level in between. To make guesses about if condition this or if condition that.... speculation and nothing less.
