Basilisk Merge 7/18/2012

i reported it on mantis Crush. When you get to the reactor room ( where you need the 2 rods and the 2 switches to unlock the door ) i walk in and get kicked back out to the doors entrance and then i can't access the control room where the last piece of evidence is.
I get 2 feet in the reactor room it kicks me out then shortly after says something along the lines of " lockdown initiated ", the rods are removed and i make my way to the control room, it is still locked for some reason.

How long did it take you to get to the control room after inserting the reactor rods?

i literally burst run towards it , it took about 20 to 30 seconds for me to get there , even cleared the mobs on the direct route it said it was lockdown about 20 seconds after i took the rods over, basically i walked in the door the rods were taken from my inventory and i got kicked out of the room almost instantaneously, i made a run for the control room took me about 30 seconds to get there but after 20 seconds it said the control room was lockdown

I agree, very impressive work! It would be a tremendous undertaking even if it was their full time job. This is a level of service and communication I've come to expect from for-profit MMOs.
