PS: ADK's and other items are still notrade for a bit, these are the primary tools of RMT'ers that sell credits for money. We will look at options such as making them account bound.

If this is the route, please be clear about it. I currently have 0 interest in playing on Bask. if they're gonna stay no trade.

ADKs had better been account bound from the beginning like all vet rewards.
But making they NO TRADE between toons makes no sense and it is crippling alot.

To make it clear, if you plan to let this stay on NO TRADE between toons, you should be transparent to the community.
For me it is a crucial decision, to quit or play further, because it will get boring to only can play one of my toons on the full potential.

Best and most simple option - in my humble opinion - would be to delete (BALANCE) all bought ADKs, but give everyone (account) his own single ADK. And that or the item it is in should be account bound.

That is NOT true, the problem is you need to hard log, exit your client, go get a beer, come back, login and they'll be in the inventory of the character who had the item on them, again the email could be a tiny bit off, please check hat before contacting support.

If you're still convinced you can't find them then please contact support and we'll check the logs, I kept extensive logs on every single action, be patient with us we will get through this.

I bought gloves within the last few days, put in a clothing attachment, logged in to get an e-mail that my gloves were deleted... Heard this happened to someone else in Discord...

The ADKs attached to flagged items were deleted together with those items. It appears this didn't work as intended.

They were NOT deleted, they were refunded however they look attached so they will not show up in inventory.

It's 135 items out of 500 Million objects and 5,657 deletions.

Please be patient, I logged every single transaction down the to oid's of adk's that were refunded.

I'm working on a fix so you can see these items, not sure if we should leave Basilisk down for however long it takes to write the change, test and deploy.

Broken crates are because the underlying item was a dupe, should see the name of the item in your email.

Those can be safely deleted by the player if they want.

You can contact support however I see two ADK's flagged on your account that were deleted, email sent to Sarto.

I have sent an in-game email to the affected 96 accounts, I'll cook up a solution today, meanwhile we have the logs we know where everything went, please be patient.

On my account I originally was told 1 ADK would be deleted
Then today one of my players got an email that said 3x ADK's had been deleted.

As far as ADK's go, if duping them has been fixed and they only come from multiaccounters, then I suggest only making them claimable only if the account meets secret minimum requirements for time played
