Vendors disappearing and possible Basilisk Rollback

On the last patch wasnt it the humanoid vendors that disappeared as well? I mean I recall that my droid vendors were fine but the humanoids had disappeared before they were restored in rollback.

Also a wipe right before release of the village isn't an entirely bad idea that would be an interesting arms race and experiment in game economies.

btw, Vlada; do we know why some vendor gone poof but some not?

Looks like terminals are most steady ones, but even in humanoids, some has gone but some has not. Is it something about old dated vendors or new, or items on vendors, or custom dressed, or location, or vendor number on building or whatever?

Do we have an idea about that?

The humanoid vendors that disappeared were unsatisfied with their wages and just left, no amount of rollbacks can bring them back, only money!

So I just joined and created my character last night and now it looks like it was deleted in the rollback. It's not a big deal and I don't really care, my point here is that is there a point to me creating a new character or should I just come back once this issue has been resolved?

No clue , I had two rodians gone , the rest are fine , twi's and zabs , on the two rodians is loot and furniture ....

My suggestion is to wait till tomorrow until we have a more clear answer from the devs. You can always go ahead and play on the nova server to test stuff

I have one vendor in the SCM. Even though it is not there, the items are still for sale. I checked the vendor search.
