Our IRC server is experiencing some technical difficulties but our Logistics team is already on the job.

Is there an estimated time when the Servers will be back up? Also, for future reference, is there an average time in which a Deadlocked server stays Deadlocked?

For future reference, unless we specify differently there is no estimated time or as we like to say it no ETA.

Servers stays deadlocked until TheAnswer fixes the issue and reboots the server. Once server is rebooted it will take it some 2 maybe 2.5 hours to load.
