[Added] Config option to make /tip between characters on same account free of bank fees.
[Added] Navarea to Jabbas Palace to fix issue with AI being unable to traverse the entrance
[Updated] Delay GCW tasks until after server is online
[Updated] stack traces for ordered task exceptions

To both the tip change (yay my 5%), and the Jabba fix!
Just started doing the ThemeParks for the first time ever and was bummed when Roma Vox (Romo Vax?) would refuse to go visit Bib (can you blame him?).

Just want to give a HUGE thanks to you all for bringing this amazing game back to life, and the community that's been formed! The bank transfer fee being gone helps me out as a somewhat newer player tremendously since I only have an entertainer and PVE grinding alt! I think it's safe to say that, as a whole, we are all pretty grateful for everything you all have done!
