General PvP Event Guidelines

PvP Events will likely never be more then 4 full fight rounds, this includes Player Sponsored Events. In the case that there is need for a tie-breaker at the end of the planned rounds, the Event Coordinator running the event may continue at their discretion and availability.
Time between rounds should never exceed 15 minutes. The less time between rounds, the more fluid the event will run and the more fights that are able to take place. Buff terminals aid in making it quick to prepare.
During Player Sponsored PvP Events the player hosting the event will need to work with the Event Coordinator and communicate to keep the event proceeding smoothly. Any last minute changes during the event likely will be denied, this is at the discretion of the Event Coordinator.
SWGEmu Event Staff will not interfere during fights or change players faction to even out teams. Players must do that on their own if they wish to do so.
SWGEmu Event Coordinators may use factional NPC's to protect event specific cloning and buff area's to prevent clone or spawn camping.

SWGEmu Event Staff reserves the right to refuse support for any player event that does not follow the above guidelines, is in violation of SWGEmu Rules and Policies, or is not feasible to support with the Staff tools or in-game mechanics.
