Update - Live Support is now back ONLINE - 08/22/13
We seem to be experiencing some problems with our support website. At this time you can not submit a ticket nor contact our live support. We suggest either joining our IRC server (irc.swgemu.com port 6667) and asking for help there or posting in our Community support section (http://www.swgemu.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=17).
If you don't know how to join our IRC server you can find a step-by-step guide here (http://www.swgemu.com/forums/content.php?r=154-Configuring-mIRC). Once you are there, if you need help, feel free to PM Sniffer.
We apologize for this inconvenience and we hope we to have our support up and running asap.
