I noticed that the CSV resource download file only includes planets 1-10, but does not include 11 Kashyyyk or 12 Mustafar. Is there anyone managing the site that can modify the program that generates these files to include the KashyyyK and Mustafar resources?

No, As you can read in several posts Trokk is absent and nobody was given the "keys" to maintain the site, but the forum Mods who still cannot access the code.
