I am also going to go with the Robes having resists as my only thing to post here. Even with stacked melee defenses I couldnt do near what I can do now as far as taking damage goes. I know that this will be fixed in Pub 11, but that is at least 2 if not 3(based on previous publishes and dates) months away. I dont want to have to shelf my jedi because I cant take getting hit by anything that is slightly high level while my main who has less defenses can actually just stand peaced out against the same things and not take enough damage to show until the condition wears out on the armor...that is just bogus. Add the resisits and then take them away when the combat revamp hits. And make them comparable to high end composite as it was said they would be....
Then a saber/healer isnt worse then a saber/doc, etc
-After reaching Padawan you must drop and can no longer train in Elite/Hybird Professions (novice professions ok until knight)

Yeah, can you imagine how dangerous a Master Enahnce, Master Rifleman with 4004 heal would be?

1. All combat classes have innate defenses (i.e. melee defense, ranged defense, state defenses, dodge, block, counterattack, etc.)
2. Jedi are the only class that has to spend extra skill points to get said defenses
3. Jedi is the only class that has no dodge, block, counterattack against melee fighters
4. Jedi is the only class period that can't get extra defenses from outside skill unless we give up the FRS.
5. Jedi is the only class that has a penalty for death.
6. All combat proffessions can wear PSG which has zero enc and Lightsaber resist except jedi.
7. Jedi is the only class that has to earn 30mil+ combat equivalent xp to reach the highest lvl now with no protection of any kind other than "innate defenses"
So basically the comment made by JustG that Jedi have "innate defenses" should be applied to all combat classes and as such only non combat proffessions should be allowed to wear armor with the exception of Mstr Bounty Hunter they have already spent nearly every point they have to get a no defense toon.

1) If Devs think Jedi shouldn't need resists when they have Lighsabre toughness, I am fine with that. But I did not see any 55% toughness at Initiate. How am I supposed kill a gazillion creatures without an armor?
Every other class has an equivalent resist armor, now even wookies will get higher resists with new armors.
Make the robes resist + jedi toughness = composite armor. make Initiate robes highest resist, padawan lower, knight lowest to equalize.
2) Make color crystals craftable, and damage crystals/pearls repairable. Anx's idea is cool I think. Let us buy a STANDART damage crystal from our trainer for the cost of xp, like factional items. Noone wants an uber crystal from the trainer, all we need is TO HAVE A LIGHTSABRE in our hands at all costs. Not everyone is rich enough to stuck one million crystals or lucky enough to loot.

I have one request, as anything else I say will just be echoing what others have already said.
When the patch is released and we have to break down our sabers it would be nice if it also popped out a color crystal that was the same color of the last Crystal / Pearl placed in it so Jedi will be able to use their sabers again right away without having to hunt down a color crystal just to turn it on.

Fix the Master Brawler Warcry 2 / DOT Weapon problem. Landing a DOT and then using Warcry 2 over and over so that the Jedi can not heal themself or attack their target until they incap is just stupid.
This needs to be changed as the whole concept of this used against any player let alone Jedi makes no sense.

LightSaber:
Color Crystals craftable.
Non-stat (as in bonuses) craftable Pearl/Crystal substitude. (Everyone should have the possibility to get a Lightsaber right off the bat)
Armor/Robe:
Allow use of Armor, but with penalties. Like increased FC.
Make Robes have alternative bonuses, not just Force Regen and all that. But to make it an attractive alternative, that will make Jedi want to use them.
I want jedi clothing versatility added to the list. I'm unhappy with the robes on test. They a) paint a bullseye on jedi and b) offer no versatility.
I'd like to see the current knight robes turned into tailor schematics that anyone can use. Any bonus that the robe provide can be changed into an inherent bonus for the jedi. Then jedi go to a tailor and can choose from all available clothes in the game to tailor (pun intended) their appearance.
The force ranking robes can also be made into tailor schematics, but usage restricted for ranked jedi.

YES. FIX THIS!
---------------------------------------------- the chef revamp was the best revamp
Healing to full should take force in the same ballpark as hurting someone to that amount.
Healing states is incredibly powerful so the force cost must be high, or people will just run a macro to clear states and will thus be more or less immune to state attacks.
Same with curing poisons/diseases. If everything can be healed instantly, it negates the usefulness of these attacks. No heals should render an attack totally useless.

Master Healer costs on certain skills...
Please fix totalhealallto actually totally heal all...and do it for 500 force power cost on yourself, and 1000 for others.- instead of the 1000 it can cost on yourself and 1500+ on others presently.
Please fix healstatesself to actually cost 50 like it does on live, not the 500 it costs now. Please fix healstatesother to actually cost 100 like it is supposed to, not the 750-800 it costs now.
please fix forcecurepoison so it actually works the first time.
The fire dot addition IS a welcome touch, but please fix the rest of these healer skills you guys broke last week.
Thanks!

Lower skill point costs. I don't care if you disagree with this, your player base wants it to happen, and it is a gamebreaker for us.
Add toughness to robes. How the hell are we supposed to level without armour? Every class has mel def. range def. toughness. dogde etc, and can still wear armour! I don't see your logic behind this issue, it's senseless.
Make SaberBlock work against melee attacks. Honestly, a melee character that should be wary of melee encounters? That has my vote for stupidest quote of the year.
Make color crystals craftable. They are required to even make a training saber, and people would like to personalize their Jedi a bit, choosing their favorite color.
Allow players to choose the color of all Jedi Robes. Honestly, many Jedi have no desire to enter the FRS. And even the FRS robes are pretty lame as far as colors go. Add a Radial menu pull down to all a choice of White, Tan, Brown or Black on ALL Robes.
1) Balance the powers tree. Powers should not rely on LS stats, have slightly better damage output then lightsabers (talking DPS wise) as its compensated with LS defense abilities, should be more force expensive, but not much, bang for force point should be inline - Powers cant fall back to auto attack once force pool is depleted
2) Give master defender +125 melee/ranged defenses and allow stacking with FS defenses, for +145 - a reasonably powerful value for a jedi with 89 points in defense, especially you can get that high with normal professions stacking. Consider adding some more force power to make this tree as desirable as enhancer
3) Give master LS +150 accuracy and 0404 +110 - similar as it is now, should be good enough to generally compensate for defense stacks, jedi or not

We REALLY need to push for:
A. Skills costing less skill points (not alot less, just a TINY deduction)
B. Absolutly NO xp loss in PvP! Unless 200k can be made back with an hour of grinding.
C. FRS affecting the Defender tree.
D. Initiate XP (We are going from being able to fight anything with 80% composite to really being careful what we fight. Which is FINE with me, but I want XP to be gained alot faster).

I just want a reason to continue to play my account.
It is utterly stupid that TKM/Fencer/Brawler aka: JEDI KILLAH will continue to be the most dominate template in the game. Why should I bother to grind a stupid jedi character for 6+ months just to get my butt handed to me everytime a defense temploiter comes around. If I would have known that this was the intentions of the Devs when I started this game on day two I would have saved my money and tmie spent on this game over the last year.

Am I the only person who's seeing a problem STILL with saber dps?
Am a lowly 4111 Initiate. After the conversion I netted 20sp, which meant 0001 saber. I crafted first gens and found the polearm to be the highest.
Before experimentation, all sabers were 29%. After, all were 44%. (yay, 2 point great success!) With my very best pearl (29 min/max -0.38, -5 force) I managed to bring my polearm saber UP to 39.xxx dps before speed mods.
I'd have to check, but I'm fairly certain that Scout Blasters have higher dps. And we're supposed to grind, at the VERY least, 2 million weapon exp (- for specials, yes yes) with that?
I have to agree with a post above this that while there seems to be a lot of effort put into endgame testing, anyone not a 4444 guardian is getting greatly overlooked.
now making 67% base 80% special low ham composite. 47% stun PSG slice them up to 63%! RIS certified . 38% stun 65% base composite with 295ham helmet now in stock

Either add resists to the robes or let us wear armor. We never asked to be not allowed to wear armor, we thought it was dumb we HAd to wear armor. We all thought resists were coming with the robes but they never came and it doesnt look like they will. Why make Padawans wear these things if they do next to nothing? At least with Composite Armor we could customize the color to get some sense of individuality. Even if we have defenses from other professions its not going to help us when it comes to grinding out the insane amount of XP that we need. Even masters of any combat profession get owned royally without armor.
Twin Force Crystals.... on TC-Corbantis they were converting to COLOR crystals. On TC-Valcyn ive read that they are converting to DAMAGE crystals. We already have the option of getting pearls before the publish, what we need more than damage crystals or pearls is more Color Crystals. More than a few Jedi are going to log in post-publish and discover that they dont have a Color crystal and cant use a lightsaber...... but at least they will have 50 pearls.

Color crystals, it has been said many times but ill add my vote to that for the biggest thing we need to be addressed. I don't want to spend the first few days of the revamp running around looking for mobs that are less camped then others to get a color crystal.
