There is no one in the tent on the Flury server. Has this quest expired?                                                                

This quest has 3 parts. First part is to escort blix back to windom. Talk to windom again and you will have to go kill one of blix's thugs to get the murder weapon back. Loot the corpse, it was a dl44 for me. Talk to windom again and you will be told to go and get blix cuz he escaped. I had to kill him but the mission was complete. I looted blix's corpse and it had an encoded disk. Decode the disk, it becomes a treasure map. Goto the waypoint and locate the correct spot for the loot. You will have to kneel to get the loot. Was not much only 500 credits 2 belts a sword and a dl44 inside a container. Oh yeah and when you get the loot 3 thugs will jump you so you will have to kill them to. Good luck an may your loot be better then mine.

During 1st part of the mission you have to escort Blix Lanister to Windom Starkiller tent in Anchorhead.  Funny thing about it during the last part you have to go kill him because he escaped out of Prison. The Funny bug is... If you do this mission completely from start to finish without loging out, Blix Lanister will be still be standing there at the tent from the escort part of the mission. You try to talk to him and he says "I don't know you."

I have max negative faction with Thugs. Blix will agro you immediately but if you hit peace he will stop. He swares he didn't do anything and you are directed back to the NPC that gave you the quest.

Reward 30 credits.

Blix is real close to starting point from quest so It was worth it just for fun.                         

I did this quest just fine with my thug faction at -5000. So it is not the thug faction that causes him to attack.  I had three other friends who all tried to do this quest and Blix attacked all of them. We have not been able to figure out what causes him to attack. Tell you what though, all I got for doing this quest was 30 credits.
