Talk to Lorne Prestar:
Lorne Prestar says to Sondhi, "I've got another job for you if you're interested.  It seems we have a troublemaker that thinks it's fun to rough up other people. I'm not having that. Go find the guy and let him know how much we don't like troublemakers around here, okay?"

You say: What did the guy do?

Lorne Prestar says to Sondhi, "I have several witnesses that say the guy was seen smacking around Igma Korto's friend the other day. Now, her friend works for the Corellian Times, and I don't want them thinking I run a slipshod starship out here in Mos Taike. That's why this thug needs to be taught a lesson in manners."

You Say: I'll teach him some manners don't worry.

"Good." Lorne Prestar says to Sondhi. "Go find the guy and explain to him that he's not wanted around here. If he's belligerent, you're allowed to use force to get your point home. If he doesn't listen to even that... well, just make sure he doesn't bother anyone else again, if you can read between the lines."

Go to WP, NPC that spawns there will agro on you (although I do have -5000 thug FP so not sure what would happen if I had +ve thug FP). Kill the NPC (a thug) average HAM 290.
"Hey! What're you looking at, huh? You looking at me? You got a problem, huh? I'll give you a problem!" Etoa Esaep (a thug) vents scornfully.

Return to the person who gave you this task to receive your reward.

Talk to Lorne Prestar:
"I'm going to assume he listened and you drove him out of town, okay? What goes in the desert STAYS in the desert, you know what I mean? Good. Sheesh! First the critters, now ruffians. What next? Well, you've helped out a lot, kid. Stop by after you've finished another tour of - *sigh* - I mean, seen the world a little more, got it?" Lorne Prestar yacks cordially.

Did this yesterday. Having, expert pistol and expert rifle the target spawned as a blue-con thug. There were several red-cons in the area but no indication that they were spawned as part of the quest. I just had to make a wide circle around them and come at him from the "back side", so to speak.

I've had bad luck with killing quest thugs, so I held my fire and walked up to him. Once he saw me and initiated battle, THEN I opened up on him. That seemed to make the difference. Once I got back, my reward was  40cr and a pat on the back.

Lorne told me to come back later when I was more experienced. I went ahead and asked for his next quest anyway and it involved a tusken raider invasion of Mos Taike. I declined, but three red-con raiders appeared anyway at the edge of town. There WAS someone else running the quests at the same time I was (I could hear Lorne's speeches at times) so I don't know if that other person spawned them or not.

Tried this one last night and he was surrounded by MANY red dots. I decided against completing these alone.
