Found the boar:

He was a YELLOW <non agressive> spawn. I killed him unbuffed wearing comp armor, not difficult.

I believe he will only spwan a certin amount of times oer day and will spawn at one point all day. Simply bcuz i was riding and had just passed mos vegas a low and behold he was there. But later on that evening when my buddy logged on i swear we checked every waypoint on the list an he never respawned.He was kinda easy i'm not even a master carbineer yet but i was buffed of course. my suggestion if you want to find him start early.

if rangers search was increased to 1km it would be a far superior usage and aid for the bladeboard, i've mostly used the wps i've had to narrow down the search for ppl, as a ranger myself i still believe it's pot luck since the current range is limited.

I've tried over twenty times to find the boar with no luck.  Ranger has not helped. Any known bugs on Bloodfin? This is becoming tedious.                                                   

Anyone seen this on FarStar recently

Ive been everywhere around the waypoints and nothing, if this only spawns 3 times from server start thats terrible.

                                                   

I'm on the Tempest server.  Has anyone found this beastly thing on Tempest? Can you give waypoint spawns? The waypoints provided above are coming up empty. I got the first two badges in an hour and have been trying to get this one for 3 days now. Being a Master Ranger doesn't seem to be helping either.

-536 4844 was actually 2 boars at the same time! I took down once and sent a tell to a friend to take down the boar herself. I helped with dragonets that were around but let her have the pleasure of taking down the boar alone which she did quite easily, albeit made it look easier then the time I had.                         

Has any one on starsider, found this spawn ? I have been checking the waypoints listed here for the last few days no luck, the farmer and the bounty hunter went fine, but this boar is being a bear to find, thanks for any info..                                      

found the wild boar on kettmoor server at 2:00 cst at -886 5359, hope this helps anyone that needs it                                                                

I can't believe these are so hard to spawn.  Spent two full days with no results. Counting before the fix I've spent well over 100 hours on these and only have two badges.

I found the boar this morning (7/20/04) at 10:45am pacific at -958, 4664 on the Kettemore server. It may still be spawning there for anyone who is interested in getting it.

anyone have a clue if it spwans a certain time or anything its been 4 days and i still cant find it  and i got to the waypoints listed.                                                   

It might be helpful to note that the Bladeback boar is non-aggressive, so if you look for yellow dots on your radar should be a little easier.
