Think the NPC that starts this has been removed during the Bestine update.                                                                

I was unable to find the 4th target, an imperial inquisitor. Tried twice but nobody was at the target coordinates.                                                                

This is the first of a series of  five escort quests. All result in 30 credits each. No item was desposited in my pack either. I will send the write-ups in.
