Go to the waypoint and kill Harbo Linn (red for pistol 3).
Return to Prefect Dalmont to receive your reward.

He says: "Your services has been invaluable to me and the greater good of the Empire. It's a sad time when wearing the Prefect's uniform is to wrap oneself in thorns and razorwire. Go, I am distraught."

Prefect Talmont - Quest 5 - Details:
Prefect Talmont is located in the Bestine Capitol building at loc -1166,-3582.

Prefect Talmont says: "The Moff has embarked on another silly scheme to discredit me. She has inveigled an Imperial Intelligence officer to slander my office. I may have ways of dealing with the officer, but I am hampered by his formidable Zabrak bodyguard. I require you to dispose of the guard, so that I can work my will"

"My spies have placed the Zabrak bodyguard at these coordinates. Move quickly, and expect pronounced resistance from the target. Tell no one!"

Go to the waypoint and kill Klaua Jik (red for pistol 3).
Return to Prefect Dalmont to receive your reward.

He says: "This is good news. I remind you to keep these proceedings secret, or you yourself will meet the Zabrak's fate."

Prefect Talmont - Quest 4 - Details:
Prefect Talmont is located in the Bestine Capitol building at loc -1166,-3582.

Prefect Talmont says: "The planetary governor, Tour Aryon, has enlisted an ISB officer in a foolish quest to complicate my life. Of course I respect the ISB, but the informant who lied to that offcier must die. This task falls to you, if you will."

"You seek a Bothan female named Nwilla Thar--Thal-- well, 'Nwilla' will do. Watch those Bothans. They're crafty. Go!"

Go to the waypoint and kill Nwilla Thar'lyat(red for pistol 3).
Return to Prefect Dalmont to receive the reward.

He says: "Before long the criminal underworld of Tatooine will understand my mighty purpose. And the lessons that I hone and perfect here, these lessons I will carry on to greater horizons!"

Go to the waypoint and kill Snrrrlagga (red for pistol 3).
Return to Prefect Dalmont to receive the reward.

He says: "This stern teaching has now been tattooed on this world's dark underbelly: To attack Talmont is to commit folly! Fine work; you may contact me again."

Reward: 4000 credits and 150 Imperial faction

A henchman is even nom heading toward Bestine to deliver this evidence. In the name of truth and fairness, you are to assassinate this henchman"

"Very well. You seek a minor gangster called Akkar Plint. He belongs to the notorious Swang's Swoopers gang. I doubt he'll be heavly armed, but then, I have no idea of your own capacities. Therefore, expect the worst"

Go to the waypoint and kill the gangster Akkar Plint. White for pistol 3.
Return to Prefect Dalmont to receive your reward.

He says: "You have struck a blow for the integrity of this office! Damage to the Prefecture would have been severe. That would only weaken the social fabric of this great--er-- of this world. Return to me in the futur for more work."

Wilhalm Skrim is located in the Bestine Capitol building at loc -1183,-3610.

He says: "One of my --ahem, the Prefect's clerks has made a serious error in judgement. I need someone to arrest her before she causes this office considerable embarrassment. Will you do it?"

"Excellent. Go and arrest Ananda Dwyce. You have my assurance that should you succed in this, the Prefect will most assuredly make time to see you"

Go to the waypoint and converse with Ananda Dwyce. Return to Wilhalm Skrim to receive the reward (Ananda Dwyce follow you).

He says: "You haved performed admirably. Prefect Talmont will see you now."

Reward: 7000 credits and 400 Imperial faction

Wilhalm Skrim is located in the Bestine Capitol building at loc -1183,-3610.

He says: "One of our informants has become -- unreasonable. He claims he has some information of great importance to the Empire but ask an outrageous sum for it, sight unseen. Might you persuade him to relinquish it and let us decide an appropriate reward?"

"Very good. The alien in question is a Rutian Twi'lek, one Nehtlek'Vaa. Go and bring the datadisc here."

Go to the waypoint. Kill the spy (blue for pistol 3) and return to Wilhalm Skrim for the reward.

He says: "You serve the Empire well, and Prefect Talmont will note this. How ever, he is otherwise occupied at present. Contact me for futur assignments, and perhaps I'll be to get you that appointment."

Reward: 5000 credits and 200 Imperial faction

He says: "Rebel spies have stolen one of my reports. I want it returned before they get a chance to decrypt it. Will you go and find it for me?"

"Excellent, I'm sure this will go a long way in earning the Prefect's goodwill. Return the datadisc to me, and I'll see what I can do about getting you that appointment"

Go to the waypoint. Kill the spy (red for pistol 3) and return to Wilhalm Skrim for the reward.

He says: "Your service to the Empire is appreciated. Prefect Talmont remains unavailable at this time, but contact me for futur assignments."

Reward: 2000 credits and 100 Imperial faction

Does anybody know what rank you have to be in order for the secretary to talk to you?  I tried talking with him (i'm an overt imp) and he says that he only talks with imperials of a certain quality.                                      

You can target them from about 80m away and type /converse. It should work.

Never tried this particular quest though.                                                                

I completed the quest for Prefect yesterday.  Overall, including his assistant's missions, i recieved 1000 fp and 45000 credits. It went something like this for me:

Following the Bestine update, these missions and the Prefect's are working fine.  You'll get some decent faction, and the cash is ok as far as missions go. 10K for completing the Prefect's final mission. Storyline is kinda non-existant though.                                      

It give 700 Impirial Faktion Points and 14k credits!

Tried and completed these today, The prefect is now talking to people, just starting his quests, will continue once the servers are back up.                                                   

So you guys know, the one where i have to arrest the lady who is a traitor.  The way this is completed is after you recive the quest from Wilhalm Skrim unequip your weapon then goto the waypoint where Ananda Dwyce is located you will be able to walk all the way up to her. she will not attack if your unarmed, then you can talk to her and she will follow you back to Wilhalm Skrim. After you finish this part of the Mission he tells you you need to goto speak to Prefect... this is where I am stuck he will not talk at all.

If the person your trying to talk to is red/aggro, just stop at 60 meters from it, select it and type /conv or /conversationstart.
Et Voila!                                                   

Perfect is still broken. I made all Wilhalm Skrim's missions but Perfect wont talk to me.                                                                

my problem is that i am finding it impossible to complete the quests.  the one where i have to arrest the lady who is a traitor. she attacks me and i kill her then the mission fails. she is always red to me. even if i am covert with no TEF. i just don't get it!                         

I have the exact same problem, I just thought he was angry at me because I disturbed him before I was allowed to :)                                                                

This is a chain quest.  

After about 5 steps, he is supposed to let you talk to the Prefect in the next room. Unfortunately, it appears to be broken atm, as I have completed them, but the Prefect still won't talk to me. :(
