After conversing, disk was removed from my main inventory. Waypoint generated 1204m from mission start & objective was at assigned wp first time mission was attempted.
Follow the waypoint and talk to Rutnar and he will give you the code and complete the mission.

Hehehe careful ... you cant do this one easily if you have BAD TOWNSPERSON FACTION! Ive got great thug/bandit faction.... but makes it hard to talk to people who try to kill me...
When ever i get too close to him i attack and kill him. Its annoying.
