Nurla is located in the Cantina at 435, -2948. She needs you to deliver a threatening letter to a certain CorSec captain. You will find him a long ways out of town, standing by himself in the middle of a field for some reason. Give him the holo recording and he will tell you to go back and tell Nurla he won't be blackmailed. Return for your reward.
