Draya Korbinari says, "One of those stinking people from Narmle has stolen the holo we planned to use as the centerpiece for the Restuss Arts Jubilee. I'm just too busy to track this vermin down. But if the town gets wind of this, there will be an uproar the likes of which we've never seen. Will you find the culprit before word leaks to the town?"

You click "Why would someone from Narmle steal your holo?"

Draya Korbinari says, "Those poseurs have always been jealous of our Arts Jubilee. Now they've gone too far. Will you find the theif and bring him back?

Click "Yes."

Draya Korbinari says, "Fortunately there's a tracking beacon in the holo for just such cases as this. Bring the thief back here to taste a little Restuss justice."

You will be pointed to go and retrieve the thief. Don't kill him, talk to him and he will follow you back...slowly. Also note that he may get into gun fights on his way back as he "smells something" just let him fight it out or try to get him to follow you.

Thief says, "Don't hurt me. I'll go quietly."

Now return to the person who gave you this mission to receive your reward.

He also mumbles a lot on the way back as well as his fight.

As I got back to the building where Draya was, he got stuck in a cubby area but I still completed the quest since we was in the building.
